Direct the CAO to draft a letter for the Chairwoman's signature to Senator Walters and all members of the San Diego delegation in support of Senate Bill 763; 3.) Direct the CAO to communicate this Board's support of Senate Bill 763 to San Diego County's legislative representatives in Sacramento. The Board voted 5-0 to:
