Buzz at PCBC 2012 was all about San Diego next year
The 2012 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) in San Francisco held last week had a definite optimistic feel to it. Many people felt better about our industry, even if it was with a cautious, but optimistic view. But, there was a definite buzz going around this year and it didn’t have anything to do with the after party. As the first day started to close, it was obvious what everyone was talking about. PCBC 2013 in San Diego! That’s right…for the first time in its history, PCBC will be in San Diego next year.
Your San Diego BIA PCBC 2013 Committee was in full force at this years’ conference with a San Diego booth making sure everyone knew they’ll need to plan early for next year. The second day saw many attendees coming up to us asking about dates in San Diego. Not only has PCBC asked your San Diego BIA to be involved, but we also will have a very active role in 2013.

PCBC 2012 was definitely an improvement over the recent past few years. In 2013 we will show them how we role in San Diego!
I as the Builder Division Manager for Mason McDuffie Mortgage plan on a significant increase in our participation for PCBC 2013 because it will be in San Diego and showcasing more local home builders…
